Private Island

The playful spirit--the brave adventurer had been almost everywhere--knew every little nook and cranny of her favorite spots to play and rest. But today, she wanted something different. Traveling for hours companioned only by her favorite ball Centra grew bored and was about to head back when finally she saw it. A lone little island in the sky the only one she'd seen in miles. Holding tightly onto her rainbow ball she landed.

It was a great size to be able to run around and was dotted by only a few trees. Trotting up to one she examined it closely--there were claw marks, but they were very old the bark of the tree was already growing over the gashes in the tree. A yawn escaped her minty muzzle and Centra lowered herself to the ground grasping her ball tightly so that when she closed her eyes it wouldn't have been the last time she'd ever see it.

The sun had begun to set, it's spindly fingers coloring the sky as day was lacing with night. And the island would stay a secret. Only known to Centra and the birds.


Ugh. I'm cutting it so close. And I was going to make the bottom transparent so it's like a floating island but I can't seem to get gimp to want to do that for me. I hope that doesn't affect judging that much.... >.< And the scanner ate Centra's Mintyness.... ;_;
